General Sales Conditions for Chalets Anse Forbans:

Your Online Self Catering Booking with Chalets d' Anse Forbans:

To make your self catering accommodation booking request please use the online availability calendars. We will confirm the availability within 24 hours. Please do consider that a booking may have been received before your request for the same date and may now, no longer be available. To guarantee your reservation, we will request you to send a deposit equal to 30% of the whole stay. All deposits received are non-refundable and can not be used in lieu of cancellation charges or a booking request at a later date.

Chalets d' Anse Forbans is no longer able to accept any requested chalets.

Payment of your Vacation Rental at Chalets d' Anse Forbans:

We accept Visa, MasterCard , cash in major currencies and Seychelles Rupee as well as travellers cheques. Bills can also be settled by bank transfer, however all funds have to be in Chalets D’ Anse Forbans bank account prior to arrival. Chalets d’ Anse Forbans does not accept American Express or personal cheques.  Our Payment Terms are governed by the Law of the Seychelles.

All outstanding amounts for your Seychelles holiday rental at Anse Forbans Chalets have to be paid on arrival.

Before confirmation of the booking the chalets will ask for a credit card number and a non refundable deposit equal to 30% of the total amount. Clients are further requested to settle all miscellaneous bills within 48 hours of departure.

Important: On receipt of your credit card details you are confirming you have read and accepted all the terms and conditions.

Important:  Your reservation will be firmed and guaranteed on receipt of the deposit.

 

Cancellation or change of dates of your accommodation booking at Chalets Anse Forbans:

50% of your total stay is charged for all cancellations or change of dates received between the period of 29- 15 days prior to your initial arrival date. (This is made up of 30% deposit and 20% cancellation charge)

100% of your total stay is charged for all cancellations, no shows and or change of dates received within 14 days of your initial arrival date. ( This is made up of 30% deposit and 70% cancellation charge)

 

Check in and check out times at Chalets d' Anse Forbans:

Check in is at Midday – Seychelles Local Time (12h00)

Check out is at Ten am- Seychelles Local Time (10h00)

 

Chalets d' Anse Forbans Welcomes Children:

Children are welcome. All cot requests are subject to availability. Any child of 2 years or older will be charged as an extra person and placed in a bed.  We do not provide cots for children of 2 and over.

General:

Any loss of equipment and damage to the chalet shall be billed directly to the client and the bill needs to be settled before departure.

When Checking in a security deposit letter is requested to be signed or else a 500 Euro cash deposit is required.  The letter with your details is destroyed on departure or else cash returned when the room is inspected.

*Chalet's d' Anse Forbans reserve the right of admission.

 *Chalets d’ Anse Forbans can no longer accept any requested chalet numbers.

*Chalets d' Anse Forbans can not accept booking of 3 nights or less during peak periods in 2012 of : Easter: 1st - 15th April And Christmas: 15th December to 7th January 2013. Easter 2013: 24 March -7th April.

Please note Chalets d' Anse Forbans chalets are not cleaned on the Public Holidays of Good Friday, Christmas Day and New Years Day. The office/reception area is also closed on these Public Holidays.

- Any act, omission, default, neglect themselves, their servants and agent or contractor, for injury damage or loss to persons or goods, accidents or other irregularities whatsoever and howsoever the same may be used.

-Any cancellation of itineraries, deviations, delays or the failure to provide accommodation or facilities for carrying or storing luggage.
